Mariah Carey, comeback after New Year's Eve disaster

Mariah Carey ended last year as it could not be worse and became the most discussed artist of the beginning of 2017. Even so, however, she managed to spectacularly recover.

The entire unhappy New Year‘s show increased the number of views and listening of Diva’s singles. The first week of January 2017 was an increase of over 250 percent for the track “We Belong Together”, which was heard already 4.5 million times.

The rest included in the playlists were not the far in the ranking: “Auld Lang Syne” (The New Year’s Anthem) reached 1.2 million and “Emotions” reached 335,000 listenings. Even so, her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was vandalized, a question mark next to her name being scratched, the question is whether she can still sing. However, some rumors say that the diva is to release a new single soon and benefit from everything that was disaster for New Year.
